Ryan is the founder and leader of our team. For nearly 20 years, he has been helping families, business owners, and seniors secure the very best medical, life, and long term care insurance available. Ryan takes pride in being efficient, caring, and professional in every client meeting. He works hard at listening, uncovering the problem, and then discussing appropriate insurance solutions and strategies.

Ryan grew up in Longmont, Colorado. He and his wife now live on a small farm in Crawford, CO with their three amazing teenagers. Their family enjoys farm life, camping in the wilderness, archery, horseback riding, music, and serving at their local church.

Jillian is our highly efficient and skilled Director of Operations, who serves as the invaluable "right hand" and organizational guru at The Premier Insurance Group. She takes great pride in running the office and taking on numerous responsibilities. Jillian's expertise and love for organization are truly unmatched. Her presence in the office brings a sense of order and ensures that everything is in its rightful place.

Jillian and her husband enjoy a fast-paced home life, chasing two young daughters who keep them very busy. Originally a California native, Jillian loves enjoying the warm Colorado sunshine while playing outside with her children.

Cody is our licensed Broker with a deep passion for helping families find the perfect solutions tailored to their unique needs. With extensive knowledge of senior living communities, Cody understands the importance of planning for the future and guides his clients through these critical decisions with care and expertise.

Outside of his professional life, Cody is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, hunting, and fishing with his family. These activities not only refresh his spirit but also reinforce the focus and perseverance he brings to his work.

Brandon Thoele

Brandon has been a licensed Broker for 11 years now and has a primary focus on helping individuals and families get the type of coverage that best suits their needs. He is deeply passionate about putting his clients first - listening to their stories and needs and assisting them in obtaining the right coverage and providing any additional support along the way.

Outside of his professional life, Brandon is quite the traveler. He, in fact, taught in China for five years and has traveled to 52 countries. This gives him a unique perspective and experience in working with people from different backgrounds. He lives in Firestone, CO with his beautiful wife and daughter, plays the drums for his local church and loves the Colorado Mountains.

Angie is new to our team, she has 13 years of banking experience and thrives in a busy, fast paced environment. She enjoys helping others and is a team player. She is excited to learn more about the insurance world, and help the Premier Insurance Group continue to grow and provide the best service they can offer.

Angie resides in her hometown of Palisade. She loves to spend time with her family and her two dogs and two cats. Her passion in life is cooking and baking, if you can’t find her in the kitchen you can find her outside in the fresh air, enjoying the local wineries and live music with her husband.
